Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SYMGARIAK. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to the nature of personal care items, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used for health and safety reasons.
  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@symgariak.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
